COVID-19 SHIPPING & DELAYS

At this stage, I am still sending orders as per usual with added safety measures such as washing my hands and wiping down surfaces prior to packing orders. Neither myself nor anyone close to me has been infected or has knowingly come into contact with anyone diagnosed with COVID-19. I am self-isolating as much as possible and taking precautions such as a mask and handwashing if I do need to leave the house for essentials.

So far, there are no bans within Australia and I am still sending out orders as per usual.

However, every day is a new development and/or change to International postal services and it's honestly hard to keep up. I will be attempting to send parcels as usual however, there may be heavy delays or bans that may come up. As such, please check your country's current shipping information prior to ordering if you are at all concerned about your parcel being delayed.

 

I use mainly Sendle for international parcels and as of the date of writing (13 April 2020), most countries are still open for deliveries. Please check out Sendle's blog post here for more information about how they're handling the coronavirus outbreak and for a list of temporarily suspended destinations.
