RETURN POLICY

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, I will accept refunds and exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Please email hello@lovebirdlane.com within 14 business days from receipt. Shipping costs are payable by you both on returning goods to us and our sending your replacement. As such, please choose carefully.

  • Incorrect items and/or missing items from your order will be shipped/exchanged at no extra cost.

  • Yarn that has been caked or wound into a ball cannot be returned.

  • Returned items must be shipped back in resalable condition. A refund or exchange will not be issued for returned items that appear used, damaged, and/or soiled.

Refunds are issued as soon as they are returned back to Lovebird Lane HQ. 

All Yarn Club subscriptions, OOAK skeins, Limited Edition, collaborations, Oopsie Skeins and discounted yarn cannot be exchanged or refunded. These items are final sale.

Yarn Clubs - All yarn club membership purchases are final sale. Skeins you receive through the subscription cannot be refunded. 

Yarn Kits - Kits are sold as is. Individual colourways may not be swapped and/or substituted.
