Shipping Policy
Australian Orders
All packages are shipped via AusPost Standard.

If you are located in Adelaide, collection can be arranged from Seaton by appointment.
​
New Zealand/US/Canadian Orders
All packages are shipped via courier provided by Sendle. All international packages must be marked as “merchandise”.
Customers ordering from outside of Australia are responsible for the payment of any applicable international customs fees and/or charges that may apply. Please review your post office and customs policies.
Delivery
Once a package is dropped off to the post office or collected by the courier, delivery time is completely out of my control. If a package seems to have gone missing, please check your tracking info and allow at least 14 days before contacting me. Chances are it's just delayed. If you still haven't received your order by then, let me know and I will chase it up with AusPost or Sendle.

Orders generally ship within 1-3 business days of purchase. For custom orders, please allow up to 3 weeks for shipment.

For all orders, you will receive an email notification as soon as your item is packaged and ready to ship, along with a tracking number (if applicable). Tracking info is generally available straight away on the AusPost website, however from experience, the tracking may not be updated regularly.

Customer is responsible for shipping and handling costs. Regarding return shipping, please see my refund & exchange policies below.

Yarn Clubs
When purchasing a yarn club membership, you will pay upfront for the shipment of each monthly installment, at checkout. Please be sure to choose your correct location and the "Yarn Club" shipping option. Yarn Club orders with the incorrect shipping option selected will be invoiced for the additional cost and if unpaid will be cancelled.

Shipping is a flat rate of $10.95 within Australia regardless of parcel size. International Shipping costs are calculated via the Sendle website. Shipping costs will automatically be added to your order when you add items to your cart.
Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, I will accept refunds and exchanges under the following conditions:

Please email hello@lovebirdlane.com within 14 business days from receipt. Shipping costs are payable by you both on returning goods to us and our sending your replacement. As such, please choose carefully.

Incorrect items and/or missing items from your order will be shipped/exchanged at no extra cost.

Yarn that has been caked or wound into a ball cannot be returned.

Returned items must be shipped back in resalable condition. A refund or exchange will not be issued for returned items that appear used, damaged, and/or soiled.

Refunds are issued as soon as they are returned back to Lovebird Lane HQ.
All Yarn Club subscriptions, OOAK skeins, Limited Edition, collaborations, Oopsie Skeins and discounted yarn cannot be exchanged or refunded. These items are final sale.
Yarn Clubs
All yarn club membership purchases are final sale. Skeins you receive through the subscription cannot be refunded. Please see below for shipping info.

Yarn Kits
Kits are sold as is. Individual colourways may not be swapped and/or substituted.
